Employee Candidate’s Explicit Consent Statement


This Explicit Consent statement has been prepared for obtaining the explicit consent of the person concerned for the processing of personal data within the scope of the matters explained in detail in the Clarification Text prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Your explicit consent is required for the processing of your personal data by Kalkedon Energy Engineering and Trade LLC as stated in the clarification text.

These personal data are processed for the purpose of conducting human resources and executive interviews with appropriate candidates and evaluating the candidates.

Transfer of Your Personal Data to Domestic Third Parties

  • Your personal data may be transferred to Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations and our Suppliers within the scope of the purposes and legal reasons listed above.
     

Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties Abroad

  • Your personal data is stored in our domestic and international servers.


Retention Period of Your Personal Data

  • Your personal data are primarily stored for the periods specified in the legislation. If a retention period is not specified in the legislation; we store your personal data for the period required by the purpose of processing. Considering the possibilities such as the late receipt of a possible court request or the request of an administrative body authorized by law regarding the relevant data or the occurrence of a dispute to which we may be a party, the retention period of the data is determined by adding a period of 6 months to 1 year to the periods determined by the legislation, if any, or by the purpose of processing, and the data in question is deleted at the end of the period specified.

  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

  • Request for the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the scope of the conditions stipulated in the legislation for the protection of personal data,
  • Request for the notification of the third parties to whom we transfer your personal data about your request for the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
  • Request for compensation If you suffer due to unlawful processing of personal data.


Exercise of Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

  • In order for your application to be evaluated, it must meet the conditions in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You can access the relevant Communiqué at www.resmigazete.gov.tr.
  • In case your applications and requests regarding your personal data meet the conditions in the relevant Communiqué, you can submit them to
  1. [email protected] with ink signature and information sufficient to verify your identity,
  2. Kalkedon Energy Engineering and Trade LLC in person with a valid identity card.
  3. We respond your request regarding your personal data within 30 days at the latest beginning from the date of receipt of your request.


Employee Candidate Declarations

  • I have read and understood the matters stated in the Clarification Text.
  • I freely and explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data obtained by the methods specified in the Clarification Text for the purposes detailed in the Clarification Text, especially the evaluation of the job application I have submitted to the employer during the application process.
  • I consent to the transfer of identity and contact data from the personal data obtained to all other group companies for the purpose of sending tests to me by the human resources companies cooperated during the recruitment process and for the purposes described in the relevant legislation including but not limited to candidate selection and placement processes.
  • Based on the information provided to me pursuant to Article 10 of the Law for the Protection of the Personal Data, I hereby freely and expressly consent to the storage of all kinds of information I submitted to the Company during the job application process, including but not limited to the information provided by me in my job application form, resume, and interviews, and the information obtained from the third parties about me in order to evaluate me for the position I have applied for, and to contact me in case a position appropriate to my skills and competencies is opened.
